Golden Yield & The Clean Source

Golden Yield Pvt. Ltd. was founded with a simple belief: better nutrition should be clean, responsible, and accessible at scale. Our focus has always been on building food solutions that nourish people without compromising on quality, sustainability, or everyday usability.

This belief led to the creation of The Clean Source, our parent platform dedicated to rethinking modern nutrition through better ingredients, transparent sourcing, and purpose-driven collaboration. Through The Clean Source, we identify critical nutritional gaps and solve them with food that fits naturally into daily life - not trends, not fads, but solutions designed for real adoption.

To address India’s growing protein gap in a meaningful way, Golden Yield Pvt. Ltd. has entered into an exclusive partnership with Shandi, combining scientific expertise and local understanding to develop protein solutions tailored specifically to Indian diets, habits, and needs.

Shandi & the Science Behind Chanza

Shandi was founded by Dr. Gaurav Sharma (Ph.D. Chemistry) and Dr. Reena Sharma (Ph.D. Biology), uniting deep expertise across food science, healthcare research, and large-scale product development.

Dr. Gaurav Sharma brings nearly two decades of experience across the global food ingredients industry, having held leadership roles at organisations such as Givaudan, Barry Callebaut, Olam, and DCM Shriram. His work centres on translating scientific innovation into solutions that can be produced reliably, consistently, and at scale.

Dr. Reena Sharma brings over 18 years of experience in healthcare research and product development, guided by a clear and inclusive vision: improving nutrition without making food less familiar, less affordable, or harder to access. Together, they built Shandi to create protein solutions rooted in science and designed for real life. Chanza is the outcome of this philosophy - a complete, plant-based protein made to integrate seamlessly into everyday Indian cooking, helping close the protein gap without asking people to change the way they eat.
